  • A few times a week.  I do try to use Egg Beaters too ... to help my cholesterol.  They're not bad if you fix them right.

Egg yolks are almost a perfect food.

A few times a month.  Usually hard boiled in the summer months and scrambled in the winter (scrambled eggs make a good base for warm, hearty dishes).

I made egg salad over the weekend and I've had three sandwiches since.  I probably won't make it again for three weeks or so.

Most days I have an egg and a piece of toast a few hours after waking.   The eat-this-but-not this trends do not affect me.  I never stopped eating eggs and butter.  I never started eating tofu and kale.

Kale should always be cooked in coconut oil. It makes it easier to scrape into the trash.

Every now and then. I'm more likely to eat them in something rather than by themselves. My daughter uses them in baking, she's the "fancy cook" in the household.
