Do you ingest prescription medication or vitamin supplements?

I take two types of prescripton medication on a daily basis to control high cholesterol.  I also ingest four vitamin supplements on a daily basis.

What about vitamin MJ? That counts as a supplement in my book! My favorite!

    =)

    Cheers!

Vitamin MJ is probably one of the reasons I am still alive I think it helps keep me healthy. I started harvesting some of my plants today so pretty soon I will be having fresh vitamin MJ. Cheers!

If I ever make it northwest, I'll come and prepare a cannabis-infused meal for us and your green family and friends! We can pretend we're on Bong Appetit!
    Cheers!

I do now; for years I thought they were all suppositories and I took them accordingly! Oops!

This is a rude question.  I would never ask someone other than family or close friend such a question.

What you do is not changed by what others do or do not do.   It is a rude question regardless.

I've begun taking a multi-vitamin and zinc supplement (marketed as "immune support") which also contains curcumin and black elderberry. This post was edited by Reverend Muhammadovsky at September 20, 2021 7:38 AM MDT

No prescription medication. Vitamin and mineral supplements all the way. Which has kept my immune system very robust. Haven't had the flu in over 50 years. Never had a flu shot. And haven't had a cold in over 30 years. Doesn't stop me from getting older but at least I'm a healthier older. :)

Herbal supplement. I can't get a prescription for it where I live, unfortunately.
