Has this been a great 8 months?

President Biden has a stunning list of accomplishments after only eight months in office.
Inflation is the highest it has been in decades. Gasoline is more than a dollar a gallon higher than it was a year ago. Partly as a result of Biden cancelling petroleum leases on Federal land and off shore, we have gone from being a petroleum exporter to being a petroleum importer.
The southern border is wide open with over 1 million aliens from 160 countries entering the country…and that’s only the ones we know of.
Violent crime is up by huge levels in almost every American city.
And Afghanistan is the worst foreign policy disaster in a generation. Our enemies are openly mocking us, and our friends can’t count on us. In fact China has told Taiwan that they will be on their own if China decides to land troops on the island to re-claim it. And now the Taliban have been gifted more Apache attack helicopters than 166 counties have!
But wait! There's more! Biden left our Embassy staff and 15,000 US Citizens behind to fend for themselves!
And the president has been virtually in hiding.
But at least we don’t have to deal with bombastic tweets.

      Good points and on target. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who are perfectly happy with this stunning list of accomplishments regardless of the harm that it causes and will continue to cause this country.

    Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to stop at this. Other countries see how weak our 'leaders' are right now and I fear they will try something. It's also coming up on the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and we all know how they feel about anniversaries. 
    Just saw on the news where they shot a woman in the head and killed her in the street for not wearing a burqa. Everyone thought this is what Trump would do when he got elected....NOPE! He kept them in their place by not playing nice and coddling them. I'm really scared at the thought of things to come. Biden has doomed the whole world!

    Wasn't Trump the one who agreed to talk with the Taliban, and pull out completely?

    Biden left our Embassy staff and 15,000 US Citizens behind to fend for themselves!

    Then who are all those people being evacuated at the airport?

    Those were the ones who made it to the airport, did you see where the swarmed the plane, clung on to the outside and then fell to their deaths after the plane took off?
    The Taliban now has the airport surrounded and there are at least 15,000 Americans stranded. 
    Trump did agree to a withdraw but only under certain conditions. The Taliban weren't meeting those conditions, Trump would not have pulled the military out. IF he did, he would have gotten the American civilians out first.

    Errm - His Royal Orangeness is on record praising the Taliban for being "good fighters". The militants surrounding the airport INCLUDE the 5000 whose release Trump personally brokered. It wasn't Biden who invited Taliban leaders to Camp David.

    Who are those people?  Some of those are Afghans who helped us, some are other Afghans, and some are Americans. 

    If we can't get those Americans out of there, their heads will be on pikes.
