Which is worse: having a person you can’t stand living in your home, or having an animal in your home that you can’t get rid of?

    Hmmm... at least they allow you to try to poison animal pests.  Try that on a person you can't stand and they give you 7 years.

    There is zero chance of an animal being in my house ever again.  Even if you are a friend and come to my door with your dog you will not invited in.  In fact I'll have to tell you to get the dog off of the property immediately.

    Why?  This is an animal-free community except for the ones that live out in the woods and the canal.  That was part of my decision to buy here.

    Worse would be a matter of the personality of the person and the animal.  Which one would or would not leave me alone. 

    I could get rid of either one easily.

    Which one is the most annoying? Some animals are loud, want constant attention, tear things up and some are not house trained etc. 

    Some people are also loud and annoying. And have similar problems as an animal.

    So it would depend on each person/animal behaved.

    I'll take the human over some other animals, but definitely not all.
