Not a revolution, a collapse. Citizens desperately want a government to take over all their responsibilities, and they don't ever want them back for any reason. The people in the government desperately want the authority, all authority. The people do not appreciate the frivolous restrictions as the officials exercise their authority just to be doing something. In all of this, nobody ever throws their hands up and says this is not working, let's stop trying to make it work. They keep on keeping on until the only way an honest man can make a living is by smuggling, and one day the whole deal just collapses because it becomes physically impossible to support it any longer. After some passage of time, people start to rebuild, making all the same stupid mistakes all over again. Symptoms of impending collapse have been showing since WW2.

    What do you call THIS?

Having a PIG represent an entire Party that doesn't even WANT him?  I'd call that the Revolution of the Century.  The Salt of the Earth stands up and rises.  Too bad they are rising in the wrong direction. But at least they are rising.

I think this "change" will occur.  How can it not?  Is Hilldog going to take 8 years of Congress undermining her every move like the President before her?    Something has to GIVE. This whole process needs to change.  How we pick our representatives is not working any longer.
