Do you think prosecutor Binger graduated from the Baldwin school of gun safety?

PA in Rittenhouse case pointed an AR at the jury while holding his finger on the trigger. He also did not check the action of the gun to confirm it was empty.

    Two different sheriff deputies check that gun to make sure there were no rounds in it, The Baldwin School of gun safety...I wonder if Helena Hutchinson's family would think that was funny.

    Point is he did the exact same thing Balwin did. He pointed a gun at a person. He did not personally check that the gun was empty and he actually put his finger on the trigger.   All actions that are against basic gun safety. 

    I am surprised the judge did not correct him right then and there. 

    I look for this guy to be fired after his perfomance in this trial. 

    But I imagine they would not find it funny nor would they appreciate the actions of the DA either.

    Fact is the Baldwin shooting was an accident and Rittenhouse is vigilante that murdered two people.

    Rittenhouse was clearly self defense. 
    Mob chased, rocks thrown, kicked in the head, hit in the head multiple times with a skate board, hand gun pointed at his head.....self defense. Good thing Kyle had his gun or he would have been killed.  
    As the guy who was shot in the bicept testified. Rittenhouse did not shot until he pointed his glock at Rittenhouse's head.

    I disagree. The Baldwin shooting wasn't an accident. And anyone who followed or is following this case should know that. Perhaps this article will help you to understand this whole thing. People need to do their research. You also need to do your research on the Rittenhouse case.

    A dimwit!!  There are some basics that even I know.  Don't touch the trigger and don't point the gun at anyone.  No one.  A bailiff might have entered the courtroom and shot the fool!

    I'm wondering why the gun didn't have a lock on it.
    Every time a gun is used as evidence at the local courts, it has one of those cable/locks on it.

    Speaking as a former police officer and firearms instructor, I'm surprised that the PA was allowed to get away with such a moronic stunt. In a setting like this, you never put your finger anywhere near the trigger. Nor do you ever point the firearm at anyone. Even if it has been checked beforehand, you still never point it at anyone. There should also have been a trigger safety/lock installed. Not to mention that there was absolutely no need for him to proceed in such a manner. The judge should have known better as well.
