What was the most recent reason you called a government agency to get information about its services?

April 2020.  State of MO DOR, they did not have my sales tax payment credited to the correct tax quarter.  

I had a credit on one quarter and an amount owed on another.  After they assigned the payments correctly it was all balanced. 

I called the government student loan agency about three months ago. Oops, I forgot the reason. It was to tell them my debit card was stolen and to give them my new number. This post was edited by Element 99 at November 22, 2021 2:24 PM MST

This morning.
I called the IRS because I couldn't remember the login information I created for the company in 2017, for submitting ACA files.
I was never able to figure out how to submit the test file, so we used a 3rd party vendor.
Now, we have updated our payroll/HR software and management wants to stop using the vendor and submit the file directly.

Last year I called to have a mail-in ballot mailed to me.

I called a government agency just to report a change of address after I relocated to a different unit in the building.

The government agencies here never hire people who can speak English, it seems which can be difficult for me because I am a bit hearing impaired. A question the person asked me that I had trouble with was "what eez you C D"? It finally dawned on me she was asking 'what CITY do i live in?' I called the state health insurance.  I'm fully covered, but no one will take it anymore, and I cannot get a doctor (even the clinics aren't accepting patients).  So much for affordable healthcare.

It was about filing for Social Security.

I called them first, so it wasn't the most recent.
