    Lumbar fusion...about six months. Right shoulder replacement...about 5 months. Left shoulder replacement...still recovering.

    Lumbar fusion. I was running in a fortnight, but it took several months to get back to almost normal. Still get bothered by arthritis.

    Broken neck. Steel plate inserted. Took about 2 months. 
    I go a severe infection and it took about a month to complerely get past it.
