I love that song too.  My neighbor, who is in his 80s, also loves that song.  He turns up the volume every time it's on the radio.  I don't complain.  I like his choice of music.

I know that one!!I like this song …  I was around when that one was a thing. Good guess,but no. The song I’m thinking about is older and was popular before my time. I’m pretty sure I’m older than you so most definitely before yours too :)   It’s a guy singing the part “AYE AYE AYE… and then the music goes … BADA BADA BADA BADA… then the singing goes again … “ AYE AYE AYE” I’m home alone for one night for the first time in a while and  I’m not dealing with it well so I need to find this AYE AYE AYE song or I might die. It is an emergency.

I keep trying singing it - - and trying to think of a song. I'm not thinking I know the song because nothing is coming yet to me. And you're really good when it comes to song details and I'm sure what you've written is what the guy sings and what the music does.

I described it terribly lol. I figured out what it was later that night and it’s not really close to how I described it :) You’re right though I’m usually better at describing… what I posted is what I had in my head over And over and was trying to suss out the song.
