Have you ever started a nickname that stuck to someone?

Once a buddy showed up for a fancy event dressed in shabby clothes so I called him Grubby McGrub. Everybody started calling him Grubby McGrub until he bought some new cloths and started using a bit of product in his hair. Then we started calling him Marty McFly. Cheers!

    Both my grandkids. Zachary gets called "Sixpence", that's how much a zac is. Zayianna gets "Zim" or "Zimmie", a portmanteau of her first name and her middle name (Imogen).

    A tiny newborn baby boy looked, to me, like a kidney bean.  We called that child bean until he went to first grade.
