Preparing tax returns. I've made a career out of it.

That's not doing easy tasks I don't think.

It's simple because it doesn't require a degree.

They’re easy tasks if the person doing them finds them easy.
When I struggled with mathematics in junior high school, it drove me crazy that the mathematics teacher constantly berated us by saying, “This stuff is easy!” Frustrated, I inwardly shouted back, “It’s easy for you because you UNDERSTAND IT! I do not!”
People who have either natural or acquired talent/skill at doing something may find it extremely easy, such as singing or dancing or athletics or language, etc. Others may find some of those things difficult to do, and therefore are justified in determining them to be difficult.

    No.
In my experience, I've seen the importance/validity of the job/task to which I've been asked. I try to do my best in most things, and none of the 'assignments' have been too easy.

Yes. And now if I'd only clean my house a bit better . . . that is easier than how I make it all out.  :)

Yes, my job at this point.  When I first began working as a legal secretary, the job was interesting.  After a while, I was able to draft some legal papers, did legal research, and found my work mentally stimulating.  As the years went by, the position of paralegal was created, which took over much of the drafting and research.  As computer technology increased, attorneys began to do more of their own typing and revisions as that was billable time and those duties faded away from the secretaries.  At this point, my most of my usefulness is doing the monthly billing.  Working from home, I don't answer phones, set up client meetings (which are not happening due to Covid and the ability to teleconference), so at this point, a neatly dressed monkey could probably do my job. Why neatly dressed? One of my favorite aspects of remote work is the freedom to sit around and work in shorts or sweatpants and any old shirt.

I've only been working from home since Covid.  Before that (and, presumably, after) I will have to dress to go into the office.

That’s like the term “Sexual Harassment Training”. It should be “Anti-Sexual Harassment Training” or “Sexual Harassment Prevention Training”.
