Does your body know its festive season and will forgive you for overeating, drinking and whatever other indulgences you might partake of?

Or will your body punish you by expanding your waistline and require rigorous dieting and exercising to get you back in shape?

I never overeat and I don't drink anymore than usual.

If I gain any weight it usually falls off quickly somehow without any effort on my part.

Because “anymore” is an actual and correct word, it’s just not appropriate or correct within the context of the sentence you posted, “any more” is the appropriate and correct two-word phrase that you should have used instead. The computer didn’t know or cannot distinguish context, therefore, no red line.

It’s similar to the difference between everyday and every day.
