The house that a blind man built. Francis Burdett lost his eyesight at age 50, had been employed as a watchmaker, with little experience ever doing carpentry work, decided at age 63 to build his own 3 story house. House was about 2 1/2 years of construction, completed late 1920s and is still standing.
Also an item about a guy who, since his youth climbed up and sat himself atop a pillar every day scouring the skies watching for the return of Jesus.
