WHere do you draw the line between being a parent and an evil sociopath getting their cookies off?

What is the reason to take a person weaker than yourself and disrobe them before beating them?  Because they are not behaving in a manner to suit YOU?  What horrid thing can a child do to warrant this insipid behavior?

WHO DOES THIS and calls themselves a responsible parent.    Who gets on a website and brags about it?  Who is not rife with shame over humiliating their own child this way?

There is no reason whatsoever to take a child's clothes off their body to punish them.  The only reason is because it humiliates them and hurts MORE.  Pain is not a punishment fit for a child.  Pain is what is inflicted by someone who does not know how to RAISE a child properly.  Pain is something inflicted by people who are sadists.

I am  certain this is grounds for child protective services to step in.

Anyone who IN THIS DAY AND AGE WHEN YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER still brags about wanting to spank their kid's bare bottom needs to be in a straight-jacket for a few decades.

I was spanked as a child and have nothing against spanking within reason.  I do agree with you that removing a child's clothing to do so is either to humiliate the child (further), or because of their own perversion or sadistic tendencies.

  • Yes. If you look at the posts in this group there is 'palpable excitement' about stripping children - and some of them teenagers - and getting their asses nice and red.

Someone explain this to me as being 'corrective'.

I have not looked at the group or their posts, just stated my opinion.  I do think anytime one forces another to remove their clothes, that is dehumanizing...and totally unnecessary when disciplining a child.  JMHO

  • Not just a humble opinion at all.

Most people would / should baulk at the content in there. It takes a strong stomach to do it but why let all that highly dubious crap go unnoticed.

    I kinda think we're agreed.

  • Empathy.
Those who have plenty of it make good parents.
People with zero degrees of empathy become sociopaths willy-nilly.
    Empathy is the line.
If you can feel the pain of another person it is not possible to deliberately hurt them.

Don't write what you would not want a youngster to read.
    Also...
Monosyllabic language influences the hippocampus and triggers primitive drives along with the classical cognitive-behavioural conditioning that is the substance of all fetishes.
Use language that bores and turns them off. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at November 4, 2016 12:17 AM MDT
