Homemade tinfoil hats look so amateurish; how do I get the wrinkles out of the tinfoil?

I want my hat to look more streamlined, professional and efficient.

I think you only have to believe that there are no wrinkles in it, and that will suffice. Works for me!

Well because tinfoil is so soft and thin it is impossible to have a hat that is wrinkle free. Best you can do is have someone with a powerful LED light follow you around and shine the light on the top of your tinfoil cap which will give the illusion that the cap is wrinkle free. Cheers and happy weekend!

Wrinkles are good. They create more surface area to ward off alien interference with our thoughts.

You could get one of these at wallymart, drill a couple of holes in it and tie a strap to it.
