Shrimp is about as good as you can get for me.

Or maybe caviar but I have never tried it. This post was edited by Kittigate at January 17, 2022 4:41 PM MST

Ok, I've actually seldom done seafood dishes except for fish & chips.

Orange Roughy, Rock Cod and Shrimp.  I quit eating lobster when I discovered they are boiled alive.

They are dead long before they start to turn red.

I saw that on a cooking show. They renamed it for obvious reasons. It is pretty good, though.

Yabbies, aka freshwater crayfish. I can't eat molluscs, and prawns are bait.

    Talapia.  Cod.  Halibut.

btw - can non-ocean fish be "seafood"?
EG: Catfish aren't in the sea.  Should they be called "riverfood"?

That is a good question. Lake fish, I guess. And there are saltwater catfish. I have caught them. I remember going fishing once, just for the halibut. This post was edited by Element 99 at January 18, 2022 4:51 PM MST

Shrimp and that is as far as I'd go and only in moderation. Too many of them and I might just get sick.
