My name would be Milo. But I don't give the site much credence. I was born in 1960, and it says my 1960s name would be Kurt. Why wouldn't my 1960s name be my actual name? Doesn't make a lot of sense.
My name would be Frankie. It would need to be a nickname. Frankie isn't on my country's list of allowed baby names, but similar names on the list are Fran, Franca, Francamarina, Frances, Francesca, Francia, Francina, Francine and Francisca.
That doesn't seem right that a County can say what name a child can be named. Is there a penalty if the parents name their child something that is not allowed? Cheers!
I don't know if there's a penalty because I don't have kids. I think that the government won't issue a social security number until a legal name is chosen. If the parents want a name that's not on the list they're allowed to petition to give their baby a name of their choice. I think that in recent times most petitions are being approved.
