FACT: The jail staff enloyed watching her beg for help. I came to that conclusion using my superb critical thinking skills.

    Upsetting.
    At the moment, I don't even want to know any more details. (Not that it should be ignored. I just can't handle it at the moment.)

    Why are they not putting the words on the screen.  Most of the talking is hard to make out. 

    But if she was actually throwing up blood...she should have received medical attention immediately.
