How often do you eat eggs? My wife and I eat at least one each day.

These are our favorites. Pickled with beets.

    Eggs by themselves, rarely.  However, I put 5 scrambled eggs in my so-called "rice dish", which I make about 6 or 7 times a year.

    We go through at least a dozen a month.  But sometimes we get on a kick and it is a dozen a week.

    That is not in this Southern Lady's cookbook.  ;)

    I eat one egg most days.  I either cook it and wrap in a flour tortilla then toast it, or I cook it and top an opened toasted English Muffin with the hot egg and a little shredded cheddar.  I really just started having food before dinner in the past couple of months.  I read how important it is for blood sugar level stability to eat more than once each day.  Now I'm hungry a couple hours after I wake.  So far it hasn't affected my weight.  Seems like it would.

    Rarely. I usually only buy them if I'm making quiche or some other recipe that requires them. The dogs enjoy them scrambled with a little cheese.

      Wait, I thought you vegan types or vegetarian types abhor eating any living thing? Are eggs on the approved list, or do I have to call someone and turn you in?

      At least a few times a week, especially if you also include the vast number of meals or dishes or foods that have eggs in their ingredients.
