Have you ever visited the Q&A site Quora? It has some of the stupidest questions I have ever seen.

Here is an example: 'What happens when you fill a balloon with air?' It's a lot of fun if you like being a smart-a**.

Many years ago I signed up for Quora, there used to be a lot of good interesting questions but then the site became totally boring so I unsubscribed.

What DOES happen when you fill a balloon with air?  If you fill the balloon too slowly can it become lopsided? Will putting helium in a balloon make it squeak louder when it's outside is rubbed (as opposed to plain air)?  Will putting air in 10,000 balloons leave less for us to breathe?

    Yeah.
Somehow, my email got attached to it and now I get daily notifications of some random question from that site.
I agree that most of the questions seem to be kids, based on the obvious lack of "life experience".

I'm a regular there. If you want a factual answer to something, you're more than likely of getting it there than anyplace else.

Then you will probably see me there, answering really stupid questions. I use the same pic.

  • I've visited Quora. I don't have an account there so I don't participate. I remember seeing stupid questions. I think most of the stupid questions were from people who only ask questions about one subject.

I get emails from them about a new question asked or answered, but I do not remember ever visiting that site.
