What's the largest amount of money you've ever found?

For me, I think it was $20, I found it on the floor of a Walgreen's.

    It was a 50 dollar bill and since it was a windfall I bought $50 worth of pizza with it. Cheers and happy weekend!

    Yeah I got them at a two for one place so we got 4 large pizzas so there was enough left overs  to have pizza for my work lunch for 3 days. Cheers and happy weekend!

    A wallet left in a shopping cart with $265.00, If I remember correctly.  It was over 40 years ago.  I found the owner, she was so grateful I returned it to her.

    Several thousand.  I found a wallet at the Atlanta airport full of 100s.  I had been talking to a guy in the seat next to me and it was his.  It obviously fell out of his coat pocket while he was sitting there.  When I discovered the wallet he had already boarded; I was there to pick up someone.  I took the wallet (with all of the cash) to the airline agent behind the counter at the gate.  At the time I was flat broke and thought about how much it sucked to be honest.

  • I never have good luck. The largest amount of money I found was an ARS 20,00 banknote. I found it on the ground in a park. It was folded in half. When I picked it up, I felt that it was printed on regular paper. It had a religious message printed on the back.
