(I admit that what I like best about Oreo cookies is the chocolate cookie itself, not the stuff in the middle, ha. And regular Oreo Thins are my favorite version of the cookie.)
I don't eat them, but I am not surprized. It's called marketing. Companies continue to find ideas to ensure their shareholders will always profit. The only thing we can do is stop purchasing their goods. A great example is beer companies using their names to market hard seltzer. Incredibly inexpensive to make, high profits. Bud Light even had an advertisement that said 'It's not beer.' I saw it only once. Bad idea.
