Do you think the release of John Eastman e-mails will show whose pants are on fire and why they are on fire?

The House select committee has received a cache of e-mails belonging to Donald Trump’s lawyer John Eastman. The cache of documents sent between 4 and 7 January 2021 contains extensive communications between Eastman and others about plans to obstruct the certification of Biden  in the 2020 presidential election. I bet the e-mails will show who has been lying and why they have been lying. Included a link to more info. Cheers!

There is nothing wrong or illegal about contesting the results of an election.  The US Constitution has a process for that to happen. And that was planned to be followed.
The insuring riot by some of the people there stopped that  constitutional process.
At least one member from both the House and Senate must object to the certification of each state in question.  Then there is debate about each one and perhaps going back to the state for farther verification of the accuracy of the results.
Yes, there were members of both lined up.to object to 5 or 6 different states. MI, AZ, WI, PN GA, and NV. (IF I am remembering correctly)

It was Biden who benefited from the Jan 6th riot not Trump.

We know whose pants are on fire, the trick is to prove it beyond all legal possibility of doubt, because "reasonable" is open to interpretation and the SC at present largely consists of His Royal Orangeness's trained seals.
