    Each separate violation should be on its own ticket.  That would both increase the cost of supplies of the grammar police which would take away from enforcement and, since grammar tickets go straight to the bin anyway, it will help increase the profitability of the local paper recycling plant!  That’s what I call a win win for everybody!
