Why would Donald Trump say that he would rather be called a dictator than a dumb person?

During a press conference in Florida Trump said that he would rather be called a dictator than a dumb person. Then he went on a rant about how he aced a Montreal Cognitive test. I would rather have a dumb person running my country than a dictator. Cheers!

    Trump is probably dumb but he was only a wanabe dictator. But if he gets in the WH again that might change. Well he was in office there were a few times that Trump said certain  people should be executed and those were mostly American people that spoke out against him. Cheers!
