It isn't that easy. For some reason, my original account was closed and no matter what I tried, I couldn't get back on. When I reported it to admin, all I got were crickets. I had to create a gmail account from my sister's house in PA to get back on. If that hadn't worked, I would have just given up. I doubt JA reads anything on here for weeks at a time.
Desire she had, ability was lacking. Like most folks of a certain age, she relies pretty heavily on her offspring for tech support and I don't think Rich was available.
