Technically* speaking, is Randy D correct in writing, “there’s not nothing wrong with me”?

*As opposed to grammatically correct.

    My husband did something similar when he was a trucker.  Another driver got his butt kicked in the truck stop parking lot for being a CB Rambo (that’s the trucker equivalent of a troll), which my husband watched.
