Baby-back ribs, corn on the cob and au gratin potatoes. I don't drink beverages with my meals.

A cup of shredded cabbage, 4 oz. of shredded chicken on a piece of white bread, and 3/4 cup frozen blueberries for "dessert".

Toasted ham/swiss sandwich and a salad.  After awhile I'll have rice and  beans....gosh they smell good as they cook.

I made something out of my in stock items. Tonight I cooked up some ground turkey with onions, fresh basil, shaved carrots, a few juliann tomatoes and a bag of spinach.  It was good, however, a tad too salty so I cooked a cauliflower, cut it up and added it to the finished product. Turned out pretty darn good.  This post was edited by Honey Dew at June 24, 2022 9:50 PM MDT

I agree, the turkey wasn't pleasing in this dish.

Last night was just pancake on a stick.

It is like a corn dog but instead of corn meal coated hot dog, it has a sausage link coated with pancake mix.

Buffalo cauliflower wrap & freshly made kettle chips.

It's exactly as much 'spice' as I can handle and insanely delicious. I need to hire a restaurant spy and get their recipe! 100% plant-based and the faux cheese is so good I'm slightly suspicious that it's actually vegan.

I didn’t have time for dinner tonight so I had a large vanilla ice coffee in place of dinner at about 9:30 pm. Which is probably why I’m on here answering questions at 11PM instead of sleeping like a normal human.

Homemade chicken burgers and chips. What we call chips, not crisps.

I thought of you today, Slart. I saw a bumper sticker that was shaped and colored like a Jif peanut butter jar and read "Peanut butter is the glue that holds my life together".

Would you like me to try to find you one for your car and mail it? I know that sentiment rings true with you, doesn't it?
