    That is a good technique to remove the residue left by each shampoo.

    I use the first one to remove the hairspray and general dirt and the second one is to keep my silver strands looking silver and not yellow-gray.

    Nope. I do not use shampoo at all. 

    I use conditioner only. It cleans my hair and does not dry it out or leave a residue. (That "squeaky clean" feeling is not clean...it is residue left in your hair by the shampoo.) This post was edited by my2cents at June 29, 2022 7:26 PM MDT
