Is this another example of Trump not putting America first?

A few hours after former Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo was murdered Trump posted on Truth Social about how devastating the murder was and that the killer should be dealt with harshly. As far as I know Trump  never said a word about the July 4th mass shooting but maybe if he did it might prevent a few future mass shootings. Abe Shinzo once gifted Trump with a gold plated golf club so I guess you have to lavish Trump with gold if you want him to morn your death. Cheers and happy week end!

    Well there was that one time when he signed a bill to get checks to the Americans that were suffering financial difficulties because of the pandemic - no wait a minute he held those checks up until congress  agreed to put his name on the checks.     I don't know about the Japan shooter but it does look like the July 4th shooter was a Trump supporter. Anyway my point was mass shootings happen regularly in America and trump is silent but he sure had a lot to say about a shooting in Japan. Cheers and happy weekend!     Do you want him to comment on every shooting in the Chicago area?  That is a nearly a daily occurrence.  Dozens of people are shot in the Chicago area every week. 50+ where shot there over July 4th weekend. 
     
    IL has strong gun control laws. They have red flag laws.   They allowed this guy with a History of the police being called to his parents home because of his actions, to purchase a gun.
