2 Cats - one very old (and dying), and one deaf with dementia.  (although several spiders claim they're living here, they're really just passing through.)

It's tough to watch a pet fade away and not feel good.

A wife and a cat. Either Randy or Stu are going to be having a talk with you.

My guy and I have homes a block or so apart.  It has worked for us quite a long time.  I don't think I'm ever going to completely mix it all up with anyone again.  I really need solitude and silence part of the time.  This post was edited by Thriftymaid at July 13, 2022 1:12 PM MDT

We have a full house at present.
    My wife and I.
My daughter and her fiance when he's not away at sea. They were supposed to get married 18 months ago, then COVID happened (she moved back in with us after they got engaged, to save for the wedding which still hasn't happened).
My sister's non binary child (was my niece before identifying as gender fluid).
My son and two grandchildren. His partner kicked him out, then he was awarded full custody of the two older kids due to maternal neglect. They're with us while he's house hunting (there's a critical shortage of rental accommodation in Adelaide at present).

  • I may live with ghosts, but I can't see or hear them. I also live with a pet rock and a Raggedy Ann doll.
