What's a Stroop test, Sensei?

You know those mental tests when you get a list of colours, but you need to say the colour it's written in, rather than read the word itself? 

So if you see YELLOW you're supposed to say "black."

So pink is actually white? That's soooo wrong.

I assumed the Pink referred to the singer.  Perhaps it's the clothing brand.

It is the brand.  If it is referring to the singer the it is spelled P!nk. 

Then why aren't Pink brand garments also pink in color? That would make lots of sense.

Sometimes they are....sometimes just the word is actually pink.  
It not being pink in color just got them free advertising....makes sense to  me.

Or the Auburn Tigers naming their mascot Spot.
