When you eat at an establishment that offers paper napkins, approximately how many do you usually use?

Depending on what I'm eating, usually only one.

No more than two. One as a coaster.

I always ask for a few additional napkins.  I like to get a fabric napkin and create for myself a placemat if the table is not clothed.

As many as are provided, as I tend to eat in establishments that give you the cutlery for each course wrapped in its own paper serviette.

I usually also am reading a book and three it seems to be.
I admit to maybe more if I ordered onion rings or fries; I don't often eat those with utensils.
