For those of you who sleep very lightly*, are you ok with that, or would you rather sleep deeply? ~
Of course, being your accustomed way of sleeping, it’s possible that you might not even envision doing it any other way, but just for the sake of the question, try thinking outside the box, please.
*As in you awake very easily at almost any stimuli.
I am a light sleeper, that is why I take Melatonin nightly. If I didn't take it, 4-6 hours of sleep is all I need or ever have needed my entire life. I really don't like not needing much sleep, I like to sleep.
