Have you ever had hunger pains keep you up at night when you are trying to loose weight?

 

   It’s even happened to me when I wasn’t trying to lose weight. Grrrrrrr.

Once in a while on my first ship that would happen, even though I wasn't trying to lose weight. And there was nowhere to go to get anything to eat.

  This brings to mind a curious question: isn’t there a difference between hunger “pains” and hunger “pangs”, and which of the two is more appropriate for describing what you experienced?

that and also cramps from taking entire boxes of Dulcolax despite not eating any solid food for several days
