Hey, wait, I won’t be able to use either a basement or a sub-basement in a place like that! Waste of money! (Oops, a pun.)

This fixer-upper has a nice secluded basement, accessible by a exquisitely handcrafted annular portal.  Previous owners have used this portal for moon viewing parties.

Folks, this is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been talking about when I say why I can’t seem to find good help these days. Grrrrrrr. ~

I have used one of those.  It was much classier than the one pictured, it was much larger and was had 4 yes, four holes.  Beat that!

In real estate location is key.......sales or rentals.  How about $1.5 Million per month.

Might as well buy instead of rent at that price.

My brother and I are renting out the 8-room brownstone duplex apartment we grew up in here in Brooklyn for $10k/month, which is $2000-3000 below market. It’s a good thing, because annual property taxes on the four-family building are north of $50,000.
