Danny, DO NOT get your medical advice here. See a doctor!
When I was younger, I had debilitating migraines. Somewhere around age 30, my doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure. He prescribed a drug called a Beta Blocker. I never had another migraine headache. Beta Blockers don't help everyone that gets migraines.
There are more than one cause of migraines. What caused mine and what causes yours may not be the same and the drug that helped me and what will help you are probably not the same. See a doctor!
Okay, and how about with the flu-any specific cause & cure for it (how long it takes for curing?) ?

According to the American Lung Association, "The flu is caused by influenza viruses that infect the nose, throat, and lungs. These viruses spread when people with flu cough, sneeze or talk, sending droplets with the virus into the air and potentially into the mouths or noses of people who are nearby."
Everyone 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every year. The best time to get it is soon after the vaccine becomes available in the fall. My family usually get their flu vaccine at a drug store. I don't know if that's legal in every state. If not in yours, get it from your doctor.
According to the National Institute of Health, "Currently, there are three antiviral drugs recommended for treating the flu: oseltamivir (Tamiflu®), zanamivir (Relenza®), and peramivir (Rapivab®)." Again, see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
The word "flu" is short for influenza.
