Must you have some respect for people who look like how you feel?

How can I get an ad part like this. How is it done man?

    Someone needs to brush his teeth, I can spot two cavities and one possible tooth that needs to be pulled. 

    As far as his looks go, I never feel like that..ever.  What makes me really angry is animal abuse, child or abuse of any kind, even then my thoughts would be toward rescue and putting the perpetrator in jail.
