You believe that but don’t believe the reports that showed no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election?

    How selective.

I have seen the evidence of fraud.  And FBI admits to the Durham report....so not selective at all.

Right, you have seen what no court has. Sure you have.

Yes, exactly, I looked at evidence which the courts refused to look at.

Convincing yourself that you were seeing what you wanted to see.

Treason:  the crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

Betraying:  exposing (one's country, a group, or a person) to danger by treacherously giving information to an enemy.

Did they betray this country?  If so, how?
Did they attempt to kill anyone or overthrow the government?  If so who or what government?
Did they expose the country, group or person to danger by treacherously giving information to an enemy?  If so, which country, group or person?

So if I framed Biden for something he did not do, it would not be treason. Good to know.

If you had to frame him, obviously he didn't do it.  Do you even read what you write? This post was edited by Spunky at May 22, 2023 1:44 PM MDT

I typed exactly what I meant.

If someone framed President Biden for something, would that be treason? This post was edited by my2cents at May 22, 2023 6:13 PM MDT

If you realize that framing Biden would be treason, then you logically must recognize that he is your president, the 2020 election was legitimate, AND TRUMP LOST. GOTCHA!

Have I ever claimed Biden is not President? No, he was inaugurated on Jan 20, 2021.  That made him the President.  Do I think he actually won the election....nope. But he is POTUS currently much to the detriment of the country.

So you agree that framing Biden would be treason?

So "framing" somebody who is NOT YET President is treason, but ACTIVELY ATTEMPTING TO PREVENT THE PEACEFUL TRANSITION OF POWER TO A DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED President by stirring up a lynch mob IS NOT.

The actions continued after the election, framing a sitting US President.

Jan. 6th was about legally and constitutionally objecting to 5 specific states elections.  This is not treason, it is the process allowed to object. And the Congress members needed to voice the objections for each state were going to do their part.  These are the people Trump said was talking about marching and cheering.for.   Trump did not incite a riot or a mob.
The Dems benefitted from Jan 6th not Trump.  The gov process that was stopped that day was the legal and Constitutional objections.

    Hello my:

How is this not treason, you ask??  Good question.  If Durham, a federal prosecutor, didn't file charges against those people, who are we to question him?

So you do not question federal prosecutors decisions? Somehow, I doubt that.
