The last time you fidgeted, what caused it? Boredom, itching, cramps, clothing too tight, nervousness, other?

For me, it was being caught in a compromising or embarrassing situation. Grrrrrrr.

  • I sleep on my side and sometimes my arm goes numb so I have to move around to get the blood flowing again.
