Good news!  My half-brother moved out of his apartment at that address into something a little more long term so there’s an opening for Randy!  Yay!  He’ll like it there!  I heard they have sandwiches.

 

 Stay away from me, you! You’re probably the one who who tricked poor Jane S into mistakenly sending me the wrong address. I’m sure a couple of numbers were transposed or maybe it was Avenue or Boulevard instead of Lane. Grrrrrrr.
