    Hummm, first proposal,  I'll have to check with my financial advisor  an individual named as Special Counsel shall be a person with a reputation for integrity and impartial decision making, and with appropriate experience to ensure both that the investigation will be conducted ably, expeditiously and thoroughly, and that investigative decisions will be supported by me, this would be my BFF.  I'll get back to you...)  :  )

    He took an online Google course directed at those who want to represent themselves.  He's very good.

    After meeting with my special council here are our calculations, if they are correct. Giving you 8 hours (480 minutes)of sleep a night (being generous) and 4 hours (240) minutes a day to eat, shower and take care of mother nature that leaves 720 minutes a day to pay off your debt. It would take 19 years for you to pay in full. I can live with that.  Of course if you take a vacation or day sick days off the years would increase.  After careful consideration SC and I decided that romantic dinners, fireside chats, walks on the beach or travel time to exotic places would all count toward your minutes. Let's finalize this ASAP, if you are in agreement.

    I sure could go for a cream filled maple bar or jelly filled sugar or a cream filled something right now. OR, a double chocolate donut with coconut sprinkles, an old favorite.  :  )
