That depends on a lot of things, I would consider it. If there was a background in violence, arson, child abuse or financial crimes, it is doubtful.

I don’t own the company, my husband does so he makes the hiring decisions. We have one employee who has a felony conviction on their record. My husband had no problem hiring that person, they do an excellent job. We just can’t send that driver across the border or have that driver haul hazmat loads.
