Did you know; If you smoke while wearing the nicotine patch you could end up in emergency?

I found out the hard way. You will smoke less but it can have scary effects.

    I did that once years ago...weird dreams in full color. Scary. I quit 4 months ago...cold turkey. Not that difficult.

    It didn't me. I put the patch on and went from a pack a day equivalent (I smoked a pipe, so that's about six refills) to two pipes a day the first week, one the following week, stopped using tobacco altogether for a fortnight, then quit using the patches.
