I'm asking after I got three hours of solid sleep at night and felt surprisingly okay: so good it almost seemed like it should've been a habit all along.
I've been suffering from insomnia for 20 years. I go to sleep when my meds tell me to go to sleep. My night ends @ 11:30 pm and it begins @ right around 7, 8 or 9 am. Again it depends on what mood my meds are in. Mental illness is a b!@#h!!!!
It seems inconceivably tough. Someone close to me hardly ever gets any sleep, and I'm perplexed as to how he manages (in his own way). Best wishes to you, Zack.
