How would you describe your sleep schedule?

Hypothetical; unspeakable; quixotic?

I'm asking after I got three hours of solid sleep at night and felt surprisingly okay: so good it almost seemed like it should've been a habit all along.

I am usually asleep by 10PM... Unless I am here. This post was edited by Element 99 at September 29, 2023 4:39 PM MDT

By 10 PM, at a place called AM? I thought that was against the rules...

I lie down, turn off the light, and fall asleep.

Very luxurious -- my only light switch is too far from the bed.

It seemed you had used one comma too many, but it was just a blot on my screen. Ah, well!

No. Three objects separated by two commas.

    Adequate.

This is a huge improvement for me. I am usually able to get the 6 hours I require.

That's great! I'm glad it seems most of us sleep well. (6 people means most of us, right?)

That's funny. I always thought it was the world that died.

Sounds perfect. I wonder if I jinxed it for anyone just by asking? Guess I didn't expect our little community to score so high!

I tend to get enough hours of sleep - - but I'd do a bit better  by going to bed at a consistent time.
And not eat late at night.
(I'm fortunate not to gain weight easily considering how late I often eat my major evening meal.)

Hehe, not to worry - I'm from a 'mac and cheese after midnight' sort of family myself!
