I believe they were Trump ballots.... why to make sure they were not counted. And they weren't. And should not have been....cannot count ballots.found in the woods etc.
Doesn't matter. If machines were banned, the conspiracy theorists would blame hand counting. This is the 21st century and in a country this size hand counting ballots is time-consuming and much more subject to error. The only excuse for opposing this is ignorance.
I have been calling for ID, in person voting and handcounting and paper ballots long before 2020.
If you can make the people vote there, the ballots can be counted there. (There are multiple voting places within each county. All 120k registered voters are not voting at the same place)
The state has full control of any electronic system and can easily manipulate it to give any desired result, perhaps even using AI to keep it plausible.
