No. I haven’t attended public school since 1978.

You don't have children in your family or friends with children?

So you don't care unless it affects you/yours directly?

I'd be concerned that they won't stop at schools but tab the general population.

It’s already in use in stores like Whole Foods and event venues.

They are scanning body parts (fingers etc) to pay at Whole Foods? I did not know that.  This is not something I would agree to do. This post was edited by my2cents at February 29, 2024 1:05 PM MST

Not to pay. I believe it’s for security.

It will account for the right people being in the school and the wrong ones kept out.  All of the tracking is the basis for; eventually not being able to buy or sell without a chip in your right hand or your forehead, take your pick.  All will be done for the "good and safety of the people," all is forewarned in the Bible.
Back in the 70's I was on a ministry bus trip to Oklahoma, we stopped in a local store to buy snack and drinks.  In the store was the first ever, I had seen, a scanner to scan the food. No one else, a large bus load of us, seemed as upset by it as I was.  As crime increases and the threat of outside forces attacking us, it will get worse.

    I would care, yes.
I've read the state of Maine ACLU has concerns, too.
