    Rule #1 refers to personal attacks,  not personal remarks.  Pointing out that you were being inconsistent does not constitute an attack. There is more I could say, but I wouldn't want to hurt your feelings.

    They are not hostages – they are jailed insurrectionist that tried to over throw the government. If they did what they did on January 6th in countries like Russia or Korea they would have been shot or put in prison for life and been giving a kick in the head for breakfast, lunch and supper.     I agree. In 2022 the president of Peru tried to stage a coup and was immediately jailed. The right demands swift retribution except when it involves them.

    They should have their day in court.   If they are imprisoned without that for years, they are being denied their US Constitutional rights as a US citizen.    And there are more than 50 people in prison for more than a year with NO trial.  There are allegations of abuse in the DC prison as well.
