    Hummm, I don't know about that, lol.  I have a "come to Jesus" meeting with myself often.  Or: don't eat that you are trying to keep more weight off, my reply to myself is usually, "one won't hurt." me: "oh yes it will, you know you are already thinking about the second one; My reply; yeah but, this time I'll only eat one...ok maybe 1 1/2 but I'll save the other half for later. me:  HA! you know that's not gonna happen.  You know arguments with myself like that.  hahahahaha
